It’s always easy for young professionals with no kids to go
away when schools are on because the price of hotels and flights are always
very high during school holidays. Flexibility on travel and find the time to
research is a very big thing if you want to travel cheap or on a budget. If you
haven’t got a fixed destinations then start searching by the cheapest flight. Once
you got your flight sorted then do a search on hotels. Sometime different
travel agents do some cheap deals to get rid of their holidays so you need to
keep eye on that too. Once you got all that sorted trying do some search on
local shops, supermarket and food courts on the area you are staying and also
trying find any comments/reviews from anyone who stayed that area before which
can be very informative and useful on your journey. There is one very important
thing to remember is if your hotel is not a walking distance from the airport
then get the transportation sorted beforehand otherwise it can be very
expensive.
